How Stay Healthy
In this paper will describe several ways how to life healty. First,
we have to manage our regular meal, A regular meal is one
of the key to get out body health. And to get energy to do all of activity and
also to avoid from various disease like gastric. But
in the fact most of people they don’t care about their time to eat and also
skip their meal because some reason. For example, they will say that if they are busy with their work or
something else so they can’t eat on time. Most of people they
always skip their breakfast because their reason is they are in hurry to go to
their work or to school. And besides they skip breakfast they also skip their
dinner and the reason is they are on diet for some of people. Without they rely
that could make their health become bad. And they also will get problem with
their stomach like gastric, or indigestion etc.
The second, we need to avoid
junk food or fast food. Now day junk food or fast food is very popular
and we can find it easily. Because we can find it in the street or in the
restaurant and we can get it not long after we order this. Generally junk food
had a good taste, and beautiful served. And usually junk food or fast food can
make children addict to this food. And junk food in general low of nutrition
but high of calorie. Thereby, the
negative effect of junk food we had predicted it earlier. Although the children
like this food but we had to limiting them from this food. These are some of
type of junk food such as French fries, hamburger, instant noodle, sausage and
so on. According to National Institutes
of Health, some of junk food or fast food as a whole contains which high
calorie whereabouts can cause our body overweight. And also can cause a
dangerous cancer.
And the last, we must avoid late night staying. In
this modern era like this time, seem people had job like never ending. Even
some of them spend all of his time for work, study, or doing something else
that made them to lessening their time to sleep. For young people the term of
late night staying is very general to do it. They spend their time all night at
café, street, or at bar for having fun with their friend. But most of us did not care about
the effect of late night staying to our health.
Especially like stress mental, physical
health, efficiency work or study, and so on. And late night staying which is
continuous can very dangerous for our health and our body. And with late night
staying sometime can generating kill disease. There are some effects of late
night staying for our health and our body is headache, insomnia, diabetes,
cancer, and so on.
In conclusion, health is
very important in our life. And health had become a part of our life. So we
need to keep our health because it very hard to keep our body always stay
healthy. When someone gets sick he always want to be health. But when they
still health they ignore about it. When times to eating come they always skip
it with so many reasons. Without they know if they keep skip they meals it will
made the gastric or they don’t have energy to continue their activity. And we
also always consume junk food or fast food, although we know if junk food is
not good for our health. After that some of us always late-night staying for some
reason like we had finished our work, or doing assignment for student or for
having fun with our friend. So all of this kind can made bad health to us and
if some of us often doing this from now we had to sopped it, maybe the effect
is not now but it will comes when we had old. So stop it if we want to stay
until we have old.
