But in the fact most of people they don’t care about their time to eat and also skip their meal because some reason . For example, they will say that if they are busy with their work or something else so they can’t eat on time. Most of people they always skip their breakfast because their reason is they are in hurry to go to their work or to school. And besides they skip breakfast they also skip their dinner and the reason is they are on diet for some of people. Without they rely that could make their health become bad. And they also will get problem with their stomach like gastric, or indigestion etc. The second, we need to avoid junk food or fast food. Now day junk food or fast food is very popular and we can find it easily.
